Description

  • Engage with pre-booked warm leads and close high-ticket sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and matching them with the right offerings.
  • Track sales performance and continually work to exceed targets.
  • Log call details and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Share customer feedback and actionable insights with the marketing and production teams.
  • Work in a full-time remote contract role within a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Broad understanding of modern online sales-enabling technology and related platforms/tools.
  • Ability to engage effectively with an educated customer base and understand sophisticated educational products.
  • Strong time management skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and exceed targets.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Experience or comfort working in high-ticket sales environments (implied by the role).
