Description

  • Build and run automated multi-touch outreach campaigns, including email sequences, tracked campaigns, and short demo videos.
  • Develop relationships with CEOs and senior executives through one-to-one meetings, small-group sessions, and selected onsite visits.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across existing customer accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to create opportunities, demo content, and expansion plans.
  • Use industry partners, associations, events, and customer references to expand reach and credibility.
  • Prepare company executives for high-stakes customer conversations.
  • Manage a large account portfolio using CRM data and AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue roles, including sales, account management, or marketing, with measurable revenue impact.
  • 3+ years of experience in the credit union or community banking market.
  • Experience designing, running, testing, and improving multi-touch campaigns using HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Strong written and executive communication skills across email, video, and in-person formats.
  • Experience presenting to and briefing C-suite audiences.
  • Experience managing partner and stakeholder relationships across organizations.
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while maintaining aligned go-to-market messaging.
  • Comfort using CRM data and AI-assisted tools to manage a large book of business.
