Description

Provide strategic leadership and governance for delivery operations across the UK, EMEA, and APAC.
Lead, develop, and plan the workforce for a global team of Directors, Managers, Project Managers, and Consultants.
Monitor project health, risks, escalations, financial performance, delivery metrics, and operational effectiveness.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success on pre-sales, scoping, implementation planning, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex, high-risk, and strategic customer engagements.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Support, and Customer Success teams to improve delivery, go-live, post-implementation support, and product direction.
Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, scalability, time-to-value, and adoption of new processes and tools.
Build relationships with executive leaders, customers, and strategic partners to align delivery priorities and business objectives.
Contribute to global delivery and UK leadership strategy, regional execution, employee engagement, culture, and business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in global delivery, professional services, or SaaS implementation environments.
Experience leading multi-layered, geographically distributed teams.
Expertise in project and program management, delivery governance, and operational performance management.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
Senior-level stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements in complex global organizations.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Experience in legal technology, professional services, or financial systems environments (highly desirable).
Experience with Elite software solutions and legal industry operations (strongly preferred).
Ability to travel 25–50% as needed.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom; employment sponsorship is not available.
