Description

  • Lead digital programs and portfolios of up to $5M in annual revenue, directing Project Managers and managing workstreams as needed.
  • Develop and execute delivery plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
  • Set and enforce project management standards, refining delivery processes and maintaining an accessible program knowledge base.
  • Plan team capacity with discipline leads and provide backfill support for Project Managers.
  • Select and coach teams on Waterfall, Kanban, Agile, and agentic delivery methods.
  • Establish human-review guardrails, review gates, risk logs, and permission boundaries for AI-assisted delivery.
  • Report program outcomes, including time to value, delivery velocity, and measurable value validation.
  • Manage senior client relationships and communicate program status, risks, trade-offs, and resolutions clearly.
  • Partner with Client Services to identify portfolio growth opportunities and contribute to RFPs, pitches, proposals, budgets, and delivery approaches.
  • Champion reusable prompts, AI skills, agents, and automations across the Project Management practice.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of end-to-end digital solution delivery experience in consulting or agency environments for enterprise clients, including multi-track programs.
  • Experience delivering small-to-medium programs or portfolios of up to $5M annual revenue from kickoff through closure.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with Director-, VP-, and C-suite-level client stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and agentic delivery frameworks.
  • Strong commercial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, fixed-price and time-and-materials agreements, proposal estimates, margins, and risk management.
  • Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI workflows for planning, documentation, and reporting, with strong quality evaluation skills.
  • Experience with digital ecosystems such as composable/headless CMS, e-commerce, loyalty, personalization, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Claude, Gemini, Copilot, JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Instagantt, Smartsheet, and Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, AI, machine learning, analytics, cloud computing, and platform integrations.
  • Experience leading program-level agentic delivery; familiarity with BMAD, Markdown, CLI AI tools, MCP connectors, reusable AI automations, or relevant AI certifications is preferred.
