Description

  • Own end-to-end implementation planning, including phased project plans, governance structures, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for executive sponsors, operational champions, and clinical, financial, IT, and data stakeholders.
  • Identify and proactively manage technical, organizational, interpersonal, and delivery risks.
  • Run stakeholder communication, escalation, and executive review cadences.
  • Translate contract commitments into specific, mutually agreed implementation plans.
  • Connect implementation progress to customer business outcomes and define credible leading indicators of value.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Support on scoping, handoff, customer feedback, issue resolution, and transition to steady state.
  • Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements across different implementation stages.
  • Mentor and guide junior program and project managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, implementation, or professional services.
  • Experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or a comparably complex B2B environment.
  • Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with executive-level customer visibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational politics and relationship risk within customer accounts.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including comfort engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Structured planning skills, including the ability to build realistic, dependency-aware timelines.
  • Experience managing concurrent engagements and prioritizing competing demands.
  • Healthcare experience, particularly with hospital operations, clinical quality, CDI, or healthcare data and analytics, preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare quality metrics or ranking programs and PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
