Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with Target and e.l.f./Well People partners.
  • Develop Target account strategy to drive net sales growth, market share growth, and customer profitability.
  • Partner with demand planning to produce a complete and timely forecast.
  • Develop and execute retail merchandising strategies with the Associate Director to support brand and retailer goals.
  • Manage vendor income and handle customer information requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve company sales and share goals and share best practices.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key decision-makers at Target.
  • Set account priorities based on Target dynamics, including assortment, merchandising, and trade marketing calendar.
  • Ensure strong in-store and retailer.com visual presence.
  • Support assortment, planogram, and general administrative tasks such as samples and listing forms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience within the beauty industry or a CPG company.
  • Experience working with Target.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on delivering results.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Deep understanding of negotiation techniques and marketing tactics.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • College or bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and troubleshoot proactively.
  • Passion for beauty.

  • Base salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year.
