Description

  • Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes across phone, web forms, referrals, email, and fax channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand patient needs, motivations, and concerns, then guide them toward scheduling an evaluation.
  • Build rapport quickly and use consultative conversations to address cost, timing, insurance, and treatment questions.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements and provide accurate financial estimates before the first visit.
  • Explain payment options, financial agreements, and available programs to patients, including cash-pay patients.
  • Schedule evaluations, send onboarding materials, and ensure intake forms and required documentation are completed before appointments.
  • Provide appointment reminders and proactive follow-up, and coordinate seamless handoffs to Patient Care Advisors and clinical teams.
  • Create and maintain accurate records in CRM and EMR systems and document patient goals, referral sources, insurance information, and notes.
  • Maintain data integrity, documentation quality, and compliance across systems and patient interactions.
  • Collect and document personal injury and workers’ compensation case information, coordinate lien agreements, and support billing and administrative teams on complex cases.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Spanish communication skills are required.
  • 2+ years of experience in patient coordination, healthcare intake, customer service, call center, admissions, or sales-focused healthcare roles.
  • Strong phone presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Second Door or similar, and EMR systems such as Prompt, is preferred.
  • Insurance verification and healthcare benefits experience is preferred.
  • Experience in physical therapy, medical practice, healthcare services, or wellness industries is preferred.
  • Sales, appointment-setting, or lead conversion experience is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English and fluent in Spanish.
  • Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and follow healthcare documentation and privacy standards.

Benefits

  • Remote role based in Mexico.
  • Salary range of $1,600 to $2,200.
  • Direct client relationship with services and communication handled directly with the client.
  • Payments for services are handled by the client rather than through Elevate and Delegate.
  • Vacation leave and holiday scheduling is determined by the client based on business needs and policies.
  • Work schedule includes one of two Pacific Time shifts, both with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
