Description

  • Provide administrative, coordination, and logistical support for the federal program.
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, working sessions, and governance forums.
  • Maintain action item logs and track tasks, decisions, and follow-ups to closure.
  • Support project plans and schedules, including milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Use Jira and Confluence to manage documentation, work items, and Agile delivery tracking.
  • Create and maintain collaborative documentation in Google Docs and Google Workspace.
  • Support onboarding of new resources, including access, documentation, and orientation materials.
  • Track program risks and issues, including logging, updating, and escalating blockers.
  • Prepare and distribute status reports, summaries, and updates for internal and government stakeholders.
  • Review and edit technical documents for grammar, formatting consistency, and clarity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or program administration.
  • Experience working in federal government contracting environments, preferably on CMS or healthcare-related programs.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting project plans, schedules, and delivery tracking in complex environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for Agile project tracking and documentation management.
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
  • Experience supporting CMS contract onboarding processes, including resource setup, documentation access, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe environments.
  • Experience with risk and issue tracking, including mitigation follow-up.
  • Experience preparing status reports and executive summaries.
  • Experience supporting technical reviews, editing, and documentation quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and tracking.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
  • Must reside in the Continental US.
  • May require a public trust background check or security clearance, depending on the agency.
  • Experience supporting large-scale federal IT or healthcare programs is preferred.
  • Experience using reporting or dashboard tools such as Excel or Power BI is preferred.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
