Description

  • Run cold outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate initial interest.
  • Research accounts, partners, and event participants to identify and qualify prospects.
  • Qualify leads and hand them over to BDM, Product, or Advisory experts.
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and document outreach activities clearly.
  • Support the preparation of outreach materials and messaging for sustainable agriculture stakeholders.
  • Warm up prospects through structured, value-driven communication.
  • Report progress and insights to the Sustainability Sales Lead.
  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and campaign efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar outreach or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B tech or product environment.
  • Strong written communication skills in English for email and LinkedIn outreach, as well as phone calls.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and deliver results without micromanagement.
  • Experience with cold outreach, prospecting tools, and CRM systems.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to perform initial account research.
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to propose improvements.
  • Basic knowledge of the sustainability domain and carbon credits market, or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
