Description

  • Perform hands-on technical inventory of tools across environments.
  • Conduct integration mapping across GitHub, Jira, qTest, and CI/CD dependencies.
  • Support identity and access architecture, including AD/Entra, SSO, and user provisioning.
  • Assess migration complexity and contribute to the risk register and statement of work inputs.
  • Support migration and consolidation of tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub Enterprise, qTest, Informatica, NeoLoad, and BrowserStack.
  • Configure and validate integrations, CI/CD workflows, and automation setups.
  • Support bulk user provisioning and per-tool entitlements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including inventory reports, migration runbooks, and decommission artifacts.
  • Support hypercare activities and system stabilization after migration.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience.
  • Experience with GitHub Enterprise, including repository administration, GitHub Actions, secrets management, and runner configuration.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions and pipeline-as-code patterns.
  • Experience in enterprise tool migration or consolidation rather than only greenfield implementation.
  • Experience with identity and access management, including Active Directory/Entra provisioning, SSO configuration, and RBAC per tool.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation such as inventory reports, migration runbooks, and decommission artifacts.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills with daily stakeholder communication and reporting.
  • GHAS experience, including code scanning, secret scanning, and dependency review, is preferred.
  • Experience with Informatica on-prem deployment models and ETL pipeline work is preferred.
  • Experience with qTest or a similar test management platform is preferred.
  • Experience with NeoLoad or other performance testing tools is preferred.
  • Experience with BrowserStack, Perfecto, or Selenium Grid administration is preferred.
  • Experience with LaunchDarkly or a similar feature flag platform is preferred.
  • Experience in regulated industries, including change management, CAB processes, and audit compliance, is preferred.
