Description

  • Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements and goals.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops with customers and partners.
  • Design architectures for search, observability, and security solutions using the Elastic Stack.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to support the sales process.
  • Assist with deployment planning and configuration for customer implementations.
  • Provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security best practices.
  • Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally.
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales team as a technical expert on architecture and deployment decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search.
  • Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with the Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, and Logstash, or similar technologies (preferred).
  • Experience in observability, security analytics, or enterprise search (preferred).
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python or Java (preferred).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
