Description

  • Collaborate with account teams, including the Account Executive and Solutions Architect, to provide ongoing technical coverage and customer support.
  • Define technical success plans for each customer based on their goals and critical metrics.
  • Guide customers from onboarding through adoption to sustained use of Elastic solutions.
  • Translate customer business needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions.
  • Identify and remove technical friction to improve implementation and adoption.
  • Liaise between customers and support teams to improve issue resolution and the customer experience.
  • Work with services teams to deliver tailored technical solutions for customer needs.
  • Review customer consumption patterns and recommend upgrades or enhancements that increase value and usage.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support ARR growth through increased solution consumption.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience with Observability, Security, Enterprise Search, or the Elastic stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana, is a plus.
  • Ability to align technical solutions with customer business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Located in Pacific time zone.

  • Base salary plus variable compensation with a 70/30 pay mix and OTE range of $153,500 to $242,900 USD.
