Description

  • Design and implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to public sector account clusters by agency type and buying group.
  • Lead account planning sessions with public sector sales and customer success teams to define priorities, mission outcomes, and campaign timelines.
  • Personalize messaging and value propositions around cybersecurity, data analytics, AI/ML, and observability for government buying committees.
  • Develop integrated ABM plans using tactics such as content syndication, paid media, executive briefings, virtual roundtables, and direct mail.
  • Partner with global campaigns, regional and partner marketing, and product marketing to align ABM efforts with broader go-to-market plays.
  • Manage end-to-end ABM campaign delivery, including strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and measurement.
  • Build account-focused and event landing pages while maintaining brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Develop paid media strategies and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to activate campaigns across relevant digital channels.
  • Define and monitor ABM metrics, build dashboards, and provide performance reporting to leadership.
  • Coordinate event logistics and engagement experiences for in-person, virtual, or hybrid ABM programs, including executive briefings.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 2 years in an ABM or strategic field marketing role.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering ABM programs within the public sector.
  • Ability to partner with public sector sales leaders and translate agency mission goals into targeted marketing strategies.
  • Experience driving multi-channel campaigns and executive-level engagement programs.
  • Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Userled.
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes, contract vehicles such as GSA, SEWP, and NASPO, and compliance requirements such as FedRAMP.
  • Experience working with public sector sales teams at a high-growth B2B technology company is preferred.
  • Knowledge of public sector-specific intent data sources is preferred.
  • ABM knowledge framework certification is a strong plus.
  • Experience coordinating government executive briefings, agency roundtables, or public sector industry events is preferred.
  • Experience creating mission briefs, compliance guides, or agency-specific case studies is preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with the public sector technology landscape, including Zero Trust, cloud modernization, AI/ML adoption in government, and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and CMMC, is preferred.
  • Existing relationships with government channel partners, systems integrators, or resellers is preferred.

  • Base salary with no variable compensation component.
  • Typical starting salary range of $106,900–$169,100 USD.
  • Select locations have an alternate starting salary range of $128,200–$202,700 USD.
