Description

  • Define market opportunity across target verticals, including unmet clinical, operational, financial needs, TAM/SAM, and macro market factors.
  • Translate market insights into actionable go-to-market strategies that support scalable and profitable commercialization.
  • Partner with clinical, product, and marketing teams to align the value proposition with market opportunity and product strategy.
  • Develop and validate product positioning, messaging, and collateral to support marketing execution.
  • Establish customer segmentation, target profiles, targeting strategies, and sales databases for execution.
  • Continuously monitor the market and maintain an evergreen target database.
  • Forecast sales and perform financial modeling, including market sizing, ROI, pricing, and sales forecasting.
  • Drive sales productivity and improve sales cycle efficiency.
  • Support marketing and sales execution and ensure strong cross-functional understanding of the value proposition.
  • Inform product requirements and improvements based on market opportunity and customer needs.

Requirements

  • MBA with 8+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy roles and/or top-tier management consulting experience.
  • Advanced financial modeling experience, including market sizing analysis, ROI modeling, pricing models, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong fluency in complex clinical science and related technical solutions.
  • Extensive experience creating executive presentations and decks.
  • Experience developing and executing commercial strategies in life science or health tech.
  • Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills.
  • Demonstrated fluency in complex clinical concepts.
  • Passion for clinical and scientific concepts is a core requirement.
  • Clinical or scientific background (preferred).
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (preferred).
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
