Description

  • Manage 10–15 active searches across departments, brands, functions, and seniority levels.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and build reusable talent pools.
  • Design and manage multistep outbound campaigns using email sequences, InMail, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct first-round interviews and represent eJam throughout the candidate experience.
  • Coordinate scheduling, feedback, communication, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Handle confidential and leadership searches with discretion.
  • Manage recruitment spending across LinkedIn, PPC, Indeed, and agency channels.
  • Present weekly recruitment spend and reporting to the People Operations Manager.
  • Track inbound, outbound, and agency pipelines, raising blockers and recommending solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence on compensation and talent availability while monitoring hiring metrics.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, from kickoff through signed offer.
  • Experience recruiting for or with a US-based company, preferably in marketing, advertising, eCommerce, or an agency environment.
  • Fully fluent professional English, written and spoken, for daily live video calls with US candidates.
  • Daily hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean searches, projects, InMail campaigns, and talent pools.
  • Hands-on experience managing requisitions, pipelines, and offers in Workable.
  • Experience using AI for sourcing, screening, outreach, research, or automation.
  • Experience managing and reporting on job board, sponsored posting, or agency budgets.
  • Ability to manage 10–15 searches simultaneously across varied roles and seniority levels.
  • Availability from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday.
  • Strong ownership, organization, communication, and willingness to identify and resolve process issues.
