Description

  • Build and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud.
  • Write AMC queries, configure audience segments, and analyze performance at the ASIN level.
  • Manage strategy, execution, and budget allocation across retail media networks including Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart, DoorDash, ibotta, and Criteo.
  • Evaluate emerging retail media platforms and ad formats, and decide when to test new opportunities.
  • Coordinate shopper marketing efforts with sales to align digital retail media with in-store activations, promotions, and product launches.
  • Build a measurement framework that connects retail media performance to business outcomes and P&L metrics.
  • Own budget forecasting, monthly reconciliation, and leadership reporting across six-plus platforms.
  • Establish campaign naming conventions, budget governance, performance review cadences, and scalable SOPs/playbooks.
  • Use AI and automation workflows to accelerate campaign management, reporting, analysis, and competitive research.
  • Deliver audits, annual media planning, and performance recommendations that guide budget and resourcing decisions.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
  • Hands-on experience across at least two additional retail media networks.
  • Background in CPG or consumer products, preferably brand-side or multi-brand.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of SQL; AMC experience preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience at Amazon, an Amazon Ads partner (Pacvue, Skai, Intentwise, Flywheel), or a retail media network is preferred.
  • Amazon Ads certifications are preferred.
  • Certifications in Walmart Connect, Instacart, or The Trade Desk are preferred.
  • Shopper marketing experience, including co-op, in-store activation, or JBP coordination, is preferred.
  • CTV or streaming TV buying experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or dbt is preferred.
