Description

  • Own hands-on campaign execution across Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud.
  • Build, optimize, and analyze campaigns at the ASIN level to improve business outcomes beyond ROAS.
  • Manage strategy, execution, and budget allocation across retail media networks such as Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart Ads, DoorDash Ads, ibotta, and Criteo.
  • Coordinate shopper marketing plans that align digital retail media with in-store activations, product launches, and joint business plans.
  • Develop measurement frameworks that connect retail media performance to incrementality, contribution margin, inventory velocity, and market share.
  • Own budget forecasting, monthly reconciliation, and leadership reporting across multiple platforms.
  • Establish campaign naming conventions, budget governance, performance cadences, SOPs, and playbooks to support scale.
  • Monitor platform roadmaps and test new ad formats, audience capabilities, and emerging retail media opportunities.
  • Use AI and automation workflows to accelerate campaign management, reporting, analysis, and competitive research.
  • Evaluate whether eJam should continue with a solo operator model, add a junior hire, or engage an agency partner.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud, including writing AMC queries.
  • Experience across at least two additional retail media networks such as Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart, Criteo, or similar.
  • Background in CPG or consumer products, ideally brand-side or multi-brand.
  • Strong understanding of retail seasonality, product launches, and how media spend connects to sell-in windows and in-store velocity.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Working knowledge of SQL; AMC experience preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Preferred experience at Amazon, an Amazon Ads partner such as Pacvue, Skai, Intentwise, or Flywheel, or a retail media network.
  • Amazon Ads certifications are preferred.
  • Certifications in Walmart Connect, Instacart, or The Trade Desk are preferred.
  • Shopper marketing experience, including co-op, in-store activation, or JBP coordination, is preferred.
  • CTV or streaming TV buying experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or dbt is preferred.
