Description

  • Design and implement end-to-end GenAI applications using Python, LangChain, and LlamaIndex on Google Cloud.
  • Develop advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search systems using GCP Vector Search or Pinecone.
  • Lead LLM and embedding fine-tuning efforts to improve domain-specific performance.
  • Build and manage agentic workflows that automate complex multi-step reasoning tasks.
  • Work directly with customers to gather requirements, propose features, and translate business needs into AI solutions.
  • Apply MLOps best practices to deploy, monitor, and continuously improve models in production.
  • Solve for production constraints such as latency, error handling, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, ethical, and scalable AI systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML.
  • Proven experience deploying GenAI products to production environments.
  • Strong experience with Python and shell scripting.
  • Extensive experience with Google Gemini, GPT-4, or LLaMA.
  • Deep knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Vertex AI Vector Search, pgvector, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP, especially Vertex AI, and scalable software architectures.
  • Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data engineering and SQL.
  • Classic machine learning experience, including neural nets, training, and tuning, is a strong plus.
