Description

  • Architect and build end-to-end GenAI applications using Python, LangChain, and LlamaIndex on Google Cloud.
  • Develop advanced RAG pipelines and semantic search systems using vector search technologies.
  • Lead LLM and embedding fine-tuning efforts to improve domain-specific performance.
  • Build and manage agentic workflows that automate complex multi-step reasoning tasks.
  • Work directly with clients to gather requirements, propose AI solutions, and implement state-of-the-art techniques.
  • Apply MLOps best practices to monitor, serve, and continuously improve models in production.
  • Solve for production constraints such as latency, error handling, and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML.
  • Proven track record of deploying GenAI products to production environments.
  • Mastery of Python and shell scripting.
  • Extensive experience with Google Gemini, GPT-4, or LLaMA.
  • Deep knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
  • Expertise in vector databases such as Vertex AI Vector Search, pgvector, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud and Vertex AI.
  • Proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data engineering and SQL.
  • Experience with classic machine learning, such as neural nets, training, and tuning, is a strong plus.
