Description

  • Lead and coach two IT Specialists across different time zones, providing prioritization and day-to-day guidance.
  • Own the IT support queue, including triage, assignment, resolution, and SLA performance monitoring.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding technology provisioning, access setup, and secure deactivation for leavers.
  • Oversee hardware and peripheral procurement for new hires while maintaining budget and lead-time control.
  • Keep the asset register accurate and up to date across all IT equipment and records.
  • Support ISO 27001 audit readiness by preparing evidence, closing gaps, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Own the operational delivery of the migration from Zluri to Torii and ensure continuity of SaaS visibility.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, People, and leadership stakeholders to deliver IT outcomes.
  • Identify queue bottlenecks and implement practical improvements to IT operations and service levels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading or mentoring IT support teams, ideally in multi-time-zone or remote-first environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing IT support queues, triaging tickets, and delivering against SLAs.
  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes, including user provisioning, access management, and device setup.
  • Demonstrated experience managing hardware procurement and maintaining accurate asset registers.
  • Familiarity with SaaS management tools such as Torii, Zluri, or similar platforms.
  • Experience overseeing system implementations or migrations.
  • Solid understanding of information security practices, with exposure to ISO 27001 or a similar framework.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders such as Engineering, Security, and People teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth or evolving environment while balancing operational work with longer-term improvements.
