Description

  • Design, develop, and scale full-stack applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL.
  • Collaborate with product, design, backend, and DevOps teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Own system design for new features and create design documentation with scalability, reliability, and code quality in mind.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs and integrate backend services with modular frontend components.
  • Optimize client-side and server-side performance, including TTFB, CLS, lazy loading, bundle splitting, caching, and database query performance.
  • Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library, and help maintain code quality through PR reviews and CI checks.
  • Use Docker for local development and production builds, and deploy through Jenkins CI/CD to AWS-backed infrastructure.
  • Work in a microservices environment and ensure smooth service communication and graceful error handling.
  • Monitor web vitals and identify opportunities to improve overall performance and developer experience.
  • Drive features and modules end-to-end from idea to production with cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js, including SSR, routing, and data fetching.
  • Experience building and maintaining Node.js-based services and integrating with MySQL.
  • Practical knowledge of web performance optimization techniques for both frontend and backend.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, and AWS services such as EC2, RDS, and S3.
  • Exposure to component libraries or design systems, with awareness of accessibility and responsive design principles.
  • Strong grasp of RESTful API design and best practices.
  • Comfortable with Git and collaborative development through pull requests.
  • Ability to break down and deliver a feature or module end-to-end in collaboration with design, backend, and DevOps teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI code search, or code review tools.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, API documentation tools such as Swagger or Postman, and automated deployments.
  • Preferred: familiarity with CDNs such as Cloudflare.
  • Preferred: experience conducting performance audits using Lighthouse, WebPageTest, or Chrome DevTools.
