Description

  • Develop responsive, ADA-compliant emails using modular HTML and CSS.
  • Build personalization and dynamic content with AMPscript.
  • Test emails across devices and email clients using tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
  • Configure and execute multichannel lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and push channels.
  • Conduct stakeholder reviews, approval workflows, and internal and external quality assurance.
  • Identify testing opportunities and support A/B testing and optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in peer code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Document and govern templates, modules, logic blocks, and versioning.
  • Identify improvements to lifecycle program efficiency, quality, and performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing technology roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, including email development best practices.
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first email design.
  • Experience with Adobe CDP or similar platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, or Tealium.
  • Experience with marketing automation and lifecycle journey execution.
  • Ability to maintain high quality and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to work independently.
  • Passion for email development, lifecycle marketing, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of SQL, CDPs, CloudPages, AMPscript, and marketing performance metrics preferred.

  • Base salary range of $64,800–$86,400 USD.
