Description

  • Complete structured online training and progress toward a CIPD qualification.
  • Participate in a guaranteed remote internship with a host company.
  • Support HR, recruitment, and workplace communication tasks during the internship.
  • Develop practical knowledge across HR and Talent Acquisition functions.
  • Work toward a pathway into areas such as Learning & Development and People Operations.

Requirements

  • No previous HR qualifications or experience are required.
  • A good grasp of English is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and an interest in working with people are required.
  • Good organisation and attention to detail are required.
  • Motivated to learn and develop professionally.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Willing to complete a structured training programme before being introduced to a host company.
  • Open to a remote-first programme that can be completed from anywhere.
