Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions for an established portfolio of clients.
  • Maintain existing revenue through renewal management and grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Own negotiations, contracting, and approval processes through successful close.
  • Manage complex deals involving multiple decision makers, products, and funding sources.
  • Develop account plans and coordinate with internal sales resources to align on strategy.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support annual quota attainment.
  • Keep Salesforce (SFDC) data accurate for territory planning, account planning, and forecasting.
  • Partner with Client Success and Marketing on retention, business reviews, and win-back campaigns.
  • Work with pre-sales support to prepare strong proposals and client recommendations.
  • Complete required Dun & Bradstreet certifications and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales.
  • Proven success closing sales, winning clients, and managing 3–5 high-value accounts.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota targets.
  • Ability to assess client environments from business process, organizational, and technology perspectives.
  • Experience managing complex strategic sales cycles and multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written business communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Independent judgment and ability to work with limited oversight, reviewing work at key milestones.
  • Willingness to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
