Description

  • Own Duel's brand strategy and creative direction across all channels.
  • Plan and execute disruptive campaigns, activations, and stunts that generate organic attention rather than paid reach.
  • Create provocative content and cultural moments, using controversy strategically while knowing the line.
  • Build Duel's presence on social and community platforms and grow authentic followings.
  • Identify, manage, and partner with KOLs and influencers—prioritizing the right voices over the biggest.
  • Build and lead a marketing/brand team from the ground up.
  • Collaborate closely with product and community teams to ensure the brand lives inside the product experience.
  • Work directly with the founder to set, defend, and iterate the creative vision.
  • Own end-to-end execution of campaigns and creative initiatives, not just strategy or decks.

Requirements

  • Senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in gaming, gambling, crypto, or entertainment.
  • Proven portfolio of attention‑driving campaigns, stunts, or cultural moments that generated notable conversation.
  • Deep instinct for culture, internet trends, and what makes content spread.
  • Crypto‑native or deeply embedded in degen/crypto culture.
  • Comfortable with controversy as a deliberate strategy and able to judge boundaries.
  • Hands‑on builder who executes end‑to‑end (not just a presenter).
  • Experience building and leading a marketing or creative team.
  • Experience growing social and community platforms and managing influencer/KOL relationships.
  • Able to own a creative vision while remaining flexible to iterate with the founder.
