Description

  • Maintain the forward-chasing cadence for client deliverables and approvals with 5-7 days of advance notice.
  • Track every client campaign and stage with 7+ day horizon visibility.
  • Coordinate internal handoffs, including briefs to designers, asset coordination, copy review, and send-mechanic verification.
  • Own the daily #servicedelivery heartbeat, including the Outstanding Card, Design of the Week, and forward-planning posts.
  • Perform pre-send link QA and maintain accurate Trello board hygiene to prevent drift.
  • Follow up persistently with clients and stakeholders to avoid missed deadlines or stalled approvals.
  • Use AI for drafting and editing while completing the underlying cadence work yourself.
  • Write daily end-of-day reflections in the required three-section format.
  • Work through the paid trial and structured onboarding process before official confirmation.

Requirements

  • Experience in a role that demands proactive client follow-up and operational discipline.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple complex threads and make good decisions with incomplete context.
  • A long-term commitment mindset, ideally looking for a 2+ year career home.
  • Precision in defining completion as shipped and verified, not just sent.
  • Foundations-first judgment: able to fix broken deliverables before shifting to higher-level ideas.
  • Comfort using AI for drafting and editing, with the work itself completed manually and transparently.
  • Ability to communicate directly, without hedging or softened messaging.
  • Willingness to complete daily EOD reflections and real-time Hubstaff time tracking for all hours.
  • Read-before-execute discipline on every brief.
  • Preference for candidates who can thrive in an English-first, location-flexible, fully remote environment.

  • Starting compensation of $1,500 USD per month.
  • Performance-gated pay increase to $1,750 per month at Day 60 if the confirmation period is clean.
  • Pay increase to $2,000 per month at the 12-month milestone.
  • Senior-tier raises in Year 2+ subject to sustained portfolio scope expansion.
  • 10-day paid trial with fixed-fee, real work and daily deliverables.
  • Structured bedding-in period before full confirmation after the trial.
