Description

  • Design, deploy, and operate Dropbox’s global production network across datacenter, backbone, edge, and cloud environments.
  • Support production network operations and participate in on-call coverage to maintain high reliability and availability.
  • Drive automation for network configuration, monitoring, and change management.
  • Develop and improve telemetry and observability systems to increase network visibility and reliability.
  • Partner with global subject matter experts, software engineers, and operations teams to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traffic, physical infrastructure, and security on end-to-end network initiatives.
  • Help eliminate single points of failure and strengthen resiliency across the production environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and operating large-scale production networks.
  • Hands-on experience with datacenter, backbone, and edge networking at scale.
  • Proficiency in core networking protocols including BGP, OSPF/ISIS, MPLS, and IPv4/IPv6.
  • Strong experience with major networking vendors such as Juniper, Cisco, or Arista.
  • Strong background in automation using Python, Ansible, or infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, or telemetry systems for network reliability.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including experience working with distributed global teams.
  • Experience contributing to or leading network architecture projects in datacenter, backbone, or edge domains, preferred.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, or equivalent, preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking, traffic engineering, or peering deployments, preferred.
  • Experience driving security-related remediation at scale, such as protocol hardening or vulnerability response, preferred.

Benefits

  • Poland pay range of 225,300 zł to 304,800 zł PLN.
