Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new public safety customers within the assigned territory.
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles with consistency and structure.
  • Conduct discovery to understand agency operations, challenges, and mission priorities.
  • Apply MEDDIC fundamentals to deal qualification and forecasting.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering on demonstrations and evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline hygiene, and forecast discipline.
  • Represent DroneSense by Versaterm at regional events and agency meetings.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of sales experience in SaaS, GovTech, or public sector environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfort engaging a range of public safety stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel regionally 25% to 50% cyclically.
  • Must be a full-time U.S. citizen or naturalized citizen from a NATO country.
  • Must currently reside in one of the 50 contiguous United States.
  • Remote role; offshore and nearshore contractors are not eligible.
