Description

  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales bookings goals within assigned K-12 districts and education agencies.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to win new district partnerships and new logo sales opportunities.
  • Engage senior K-12 decision-makers to understand district challenges and position Dreamscape Learn as a strategic partner.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities using the company’s structured sales methodology.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, communications, and contacts in Salesforce.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and proactively prospect through outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, conferences, and referrals.
  • Present the value proposition through compelling presentations and customized proposals, both virtually and in person.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Dreamscape Learn’s products, implementation models, and K-12 classroom use cases.
  • Manage sales administration including pricing estimates, proposals, contracts, and sales forecasts.
  • Communicate regularly with the SVP of Academic Partnerships on pipeline health, performance, district engagement strategies, and competitive insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success selling high-value educational technology solutions to senior leadership in the K-12 education sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze a territory and develop and execute business plans that drive new account sales growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders across state agencies, school districts, school boards, and teachers.
  • Proven ability to access and influence senior decision-makers such as superintendents and curriculum directors.
  • Experience executing a structured sales cycle including identification, positioning, qualification, discovery, proposal, contracting, and closing.
  • Strong knowledge of the K-12 education market, including trends in teaching, learning, and academic technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
