Description

  • Lead onboarding for assigned partners, including kickoffs, coordination, planning, timelines, and go-live readiness.
  • Deliver onboarding playbooks and adapt the process to partner-specific needs.
  • Train partner stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, facilitators, and support staff, on immersive classroom modalities.
  • Maintain and improve onboarding and training materials, documentation, guides, and best practices.
  • Support internal training needs related to onboarding processes and tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Run regular partner engagement cadences, including check-ins, milestone reviews, and success reviews.
  • Monitor partner adoption and utilization of Dreamscape Learn solutions over time.
  • Identify risks and onboarding challenges early and proactively mitigate issues.
  • Resolve standard partner issues, coordinate across internal teams, and escalate complex issues when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or program management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and workflows simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or other complex product environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM and CSM platforms is helpful.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage partner-facing deliverables.
  • Experience supporting training, onboarding, or customer lifecycle processes is a plus.
