Description

  • Enable partner pre-sales teams to qualify OT security opportunities, position Dragos, deliver demonstrations, and collect solution-sizing inputs.
  • Prepare partner field engineers to install evaluation sensors and appliances according to Dragos designs.
  • Coordinate local logistics, site access, scheduling, on-site execution, escalation, and equipment handback during evaluations.
  • Design and maintain partner certification pathways and technical curricula across four priority markets.
  • Deliver technical enablement and develop partner trainers for local-language markets.
  • Create reusable demo scripts, sizing guides, reference architectures, and competitive materials for Southeast Asian industries.
  • Track partner certification and readiness, advising the Channel Account Manager on technical capability.
  • Support partner-sourced opportunities, coach sellers in customer engagements, and serve as the regional technical escalation point.
  • Relay regional technical requirements and field observations to Product and Product Marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience working with channel partners such as value-added resellers, global systems integrators, OEMs, or technology partners.
  • At least 3 years of pre-sales or solution architecture experience in a technical product environment.
  • At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
  • Familiarity with OT and industrial sectors such as oil and gas, power, water, mining, or manufacturing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of network architecture and passive monitoring and collection design.
  • Ability to conduct credible technical discussions with engineers and security leaders.
  • Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience delivering partner enablement, technical training, or team development.
  • Experience operating across Southeast Asian markets with engineering, integration, and IT security firms.
  • Willingness to travel across the region regularly, up to 50%.
