Description

  • Partner with data analysts and data scientists to design and execute high-quality analyses that answer client questions and support new business.
  • Conduct pre-sales analytics and scope projects for prospective business opportunities.
  • Identify AI-enabled opportunities across targeting, segmentation, positioning, messaging, and channel optimization.
  • Lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives to inform campaign performance and client strategy.
  • Develop and present scalable AI reporting and insight-generation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and engage directly with clients to deliver insights and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to advance Marketing Strategy & Insights capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience at ZS, IQVIA, Trinity, BlueMatter, Axtria, Google Pharma, or a similar data-driven healthcare strategy firm.
  • Current or recent experience at Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Manager level.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing analytics, commercial strategy, or go-to-market optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel, SQL, Python, data visualization tools, and large datasets.
  • Experience with text-based analytics.
  • Experience guiding analysts and data scientists and overseeing high-quality delivery.
  • Strong written, verbal, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency with AI-enabled research, analysis, coding, and agent-building workflows.
  • Ability to work remotely in the U.S.; New York or New Jersey preferred.
