Description

  • Manage a tailored portfolio of high-value customers in strategic markets and maintain strong customer health.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive retention, growth, and measurable ROI.
  • Lead business reviews and planning sessions with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and advise them on business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Account Management to co-own growth strategy and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze customer performance, product adoption, and ROI to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide data-informed recommendations at both the account and portfolio level.
  • Surface customer insights internally to influence product, go-to-market, and customer experience improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of customers with varying levels of complexity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes through business acumen.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Passion for helping customers succeed and solving business problems.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a strong plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $81,600 to $120,000 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $102,000 to $150,000 USD, including commissions.
