Description

  • Improve the systems, standards, and workflows that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain tooling and automations that help channel and creative teams launch, optimize, and measure campaigns faster.
  • Automate repetitive measurement operations, including AI-assisted workflows, to scale with the business.
  • Own event tracking infrastructure, including postback templates, partner mappings, CAPI/pixel setup, custom conversions, and deduplication across major ad platforms.
  • Manage paid-media platform integrations and document how systems connect through APIs and data pipelines across Snowflake, Sigma, Singular, and CRM/lifecycle tools.
  • Implement and maintain tags, variables, and events in a tag management system such as GTM or equivalent.
  • Use AI-enabled workflows and automation to streamline reporting, accelerate insights, and improve campaign performance.
  • Write SQL to debug campaign data gaps and build dashboards for campaign performance, creative analysis, and delivery metrics.
  • Own tracking governance, including campaign naming taxonomy, UTM standards, postback change control, documentation, and self-serve tooling.
  • Investigate and resolve data issues such as iOS/Android discrepancies, missing campaigns, and postback failures, partnering with vendors when needed.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, and external partners to translate business goals into shipped configurations and measurement standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing technology, performance marketing operations, or growth analytics with end-to-end measurement ownership.
  • Advanced SQL skills for debugging, reporting, and QA across campaign, event, and spend data in a warehouse environment such as Snowflake.
  • Hands-on experience with MMPs, including tracking links, postbacks, app/web attribution, and SKAN or other privacy-era iOS measurement.
  • Practical event tracking experience across major ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, or Google, including pixels, CAPI, custom conversions, and postback payloads.
  • Experience designing and implementing tags, variables, and events in a tag management system such as GTM, Adobe Tags, or Tealium.
  • Strong digital and mobile media fluency, including UTMs, campaign structure, paid social/programmatic/affiliate channels, and core performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, CPI, delivery, and conversion.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools used for daily marketing decisions.
  • Strong systems architecture awareness, including API integrations, data flows, and how MarTech platforms connect across CRM/lifecycle, warehouse, attribution, and campaign systems.
  • Familiarity with agentic and AI-assisted workflows, such as LLM integrations, RAG, marketing copilots, or AI coding tools, with strong review and testing discipline.
  • Experience analyzing digital performance data by format, placement, and audience, and translating findings into optimization recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and platform partners when integrations require changes.
