Description

  • Lead strategic analysis of campaign performance, pipeline velocity, and conversion trends to uncover root causes behind anomalies.
  • Own first-pass diagnosis of material variances and propose initial theories and corrective actions for business review.
  • Quantify the impact of performance trends and hand off findings for fiscal validation and final decision-making.
  • Partner with Field, Digital, Strategic Events, Integrated Campaigns, and Channel Marketing teams to improve territory-based performance using multi-touch attribution models.
  • Maintain reporting hygiene, standard funnel conversion metrics, and recurring dashboards while monitoring performance against plan.
  • Monitor data flows between Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, and Snowflake to detect silent failures and data quality issues.
  • Analyze the revenue journey to identify the best mix of digital, event, and human touches that moves prospects from engaged to closed won.
  • Validate the output of AI agents such as account matching and email personalization tools to ensure automated decisions are accurate.
  • Build and train AI agents to automate L1/L2 data questions and support the shift from static reporting to dynamic, AI-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain the semantic layer in Sigma and Snowflake that powers the company’s "Ask Anything" analytics capability.
  • Serve as the primary data consultant for Revenue Marketing leadership and present executive-ready narratives that tee up solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and help the broader marketing organization build data literacy and self-serve analytics skills.
  • Own end-of-quarter MBO target attainment reporting for the Revenue Marketing team and support validation of bonus payout data.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, BizOps, or Data Science within B2B SaaS.
  • Expert-level SQL skills.
  • Deep knowledge of agent development and modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, with Sigma or similar BI tools strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and pipeline funnels from MQL to Closed Won.
  • Experience with attribution models, with multi-touch attribution as a plus.
  • Experience or strong interest in configuring AI-driven analytics tools, LLMs for data analysis, or semantic data modeling.
  • Basic experience building ML-based models that can provide context to AI agents is a nice to have.
  • Proven ability to influence executive decisions through data and business judgment.
  • A detective mindset with strong persistence in resolving unexplained data issues.
  • MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with algorithms and optimization is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B marketing analytics, especially in cybersecurity, is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $122,400 to $176,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Eligibility for equity.
