Description

  • Lead strategy and end-to-end execution for merchant launch marketing campaigns across consumer channels.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that introduce customers to new merchants, categories, and shopping occasions on DoorDash.
  • Define value propositions, set goals, brief creative teams, review assets, launch campaigns, and report on results.
  • Build scalable go-to-market frameworks and playbooks for merchant launches while tailoring support for high-priority partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent merchant launches and prioritize resources based on business impact, launch scale, and customer opportunity.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for external merchant partners and maintain day-to-day communication throughout launch planning and execution.
  • Facilitate campaign reviews, approvals, and stakeholder alignment with merchant marketing teams.
  • Develop co-marketing opportunities and joint activation plans that benefit both DoorDash and merchant partners.
  • Partner with Strategy & Operations, CRM, Paid Media, Creative, Communications, Analytics, Finance, and Product to bring launch campaigns to market.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders while helping improve launch processes and intake frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing.
  • Experience in integrated marketing, partnership marketing, category marketing, product marketing, or retail marketing is preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing large-scale integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through measurement.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders, partners, brands, retailers, or advertisers and influencing without direct authority.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills for senior leaders and external partners.
  • Ability to use data and consumer insights to make decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort building new processes and solving ambiguous problems with limited resources.
  • Experience working with retailers, consumer brands, marketplaces, partnerships, or merchant-facing organizations is a plus.
