Description

  • Lead and develop a 5-person Campaign Operations team responsible for building, QA’ing, and launching CRM campaigns.
  • Partner with Consumer Lifecycle Marketing to ensure campaigns have the right staffing, complete required steps, and launch on time.
  • Own the high-quality campaign delivery rate goal and production efficiency for the team’s audience.
  • Identify process improvements, talent development needs, and tools to improve campaign quality and operational efficiency each quarter.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows, processes, and best practices to reduce errors and improve launch quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for the assigned line of business.
  • Collaborate with Martech, Product, and Analytics to improve campaign operations processes and tools.
  • Leverage AI, Braze, and in-house marketing platforms to implement automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, Marketing Operations, Martech, or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading 3+ direct reports.
  • Experience leading a Marketing Operations team preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar ESP is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign quality.
  • Familiarity with other marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, build business cases, and optimize campaign quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
