Description

  • Own and support a team of Franchise Account Executives and be accountable for their success.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, structure, positivity, and operational clarity to a growing team.
  • Identify process gaps and build simple, repeatable systems that improve team efficiency.
  • Work with Drive, Content, S&O, and Post Sale teams to improve the merchant onboarding experience.
  • Balance multiple initiatives, including revenue growth, team performance, and store augmentation on Drive.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across DoorDash to align resources and refine platform capabilities.
  • Lead by example and coach the team through problems with a servant-leadership approach.
  • Use analytics to identify problems, build insights, and turn broad opportunities into actionable projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in client success, account management, or sales.
  • Early people management experience and readiness to grow into a formal leadership role.
  • Proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions.
  • Strong operational instincts with the ability to spot inefficiencies and fix them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using AI to improve workflows and increase team productivity and efficiency.
  • Experience in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment (preferred).
  • Experience with marketplaces, operations, logistics, or unit economics (preferred).
  • Proficiency in one or more analytics and visualization tools (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to delight clients.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $85,680 to $126,000 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $107,100 to $157,500 USD, including commissions.
  • Opportunities for sales commission.
