Description

  • Execute campaign contracts, setup, and billing for advertising and promotions campaigns.
  • Analyze reporting to monitor campaign performance and support optimization efforts.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and clients to ensure seamless campaign launch.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, legal, revenue and accounting, and partner management teams.
  • Help streamline and improve internal processes and tools for the ads and promotions business.
  • Drive efficiency and productivity across the sales team through operational support.
  • Optimize campaign delivery and performance to grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment for campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, or Sales Operations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack.
  • Ability and aptitude to learn new concepts, programs, and technical tools on the job.
  • Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Consistently meets deadlines and follows process thoroughly.
  • Analytical mindset with familiarity in advertising goals and KPIs.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and comfortable working as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a startup-like environment.

  • Base salary range of $66,880 to $98,320 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings range of $83,600 to $122,900 USD including commissions.
