Description

  • Support the design, optimization, and implementation of provider operations processes and improvements.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of critical operational bottlenecks and help resolve issues, errors, and escalations.
  • Investigate operational problems to inform short-, medium-, and long-term technology-enabled process solutions.
  • Coordinate projects and processes to help ensure milestones and service levels are met.
  • Partner with leadership to strategize, implement, and manage arrangements that lower costs or improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align action plans with continuous improvement goals.
  • Manage, steward, and analyze data to support compliant and performant business operations.
  • Provide recommendations that support financial discipline and quality.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and mindset shifts to improve operational efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in payer or provider operations, provider network management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • 1+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design.
  • 1+ years of experience developing and presenting information and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience in ACA marketplace, provider network, claims, healthcare quality, or provider data is preferred.
  • Management consulting experience is preferred.
  • Training or experience applying Continuous Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred.
  • Experience with project coordination or management in a matrixed organization is preferred.
  • Experience supporting RFP development and implementation of software or service solutions is preferred.

  • Base salary of $67,813 to $89,004 per year.
