Description

  • Lead the end-to-end trafficking process within CM360, including placement creation, creative assignment, and ad delivery tracking.
  • Manage advanced floodlight configurations and Amazon tags, including custom variables and enhanced conversions.
  • Set up strategic account architecture aligned with client business goals, measurement needs, and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee implementation of third-party tracking tools such as IAS and DoubleVerify to support brand safety and viewability.
  • Provide QA for campaign assets, landing pages, technical specifications, and tracking pixels before launch.
  • Monitor daily delivery and discrepancies, and troubleshoot ad serving issues or data mismatches across platforms.
  • Optimize ad server settings such as frequency capping, rotation, and sequencing to improve campaign efficiency and reach.
  • Analyze cross-channel performance and attribution data to produce reporting and technical insights.
  • Build custom dashboards in Report Builder and Data Studio to surface delivery trends and actionable insights.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal media teams and lead technical onboarding for new clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ad operations focused on ad serving and trafficking.
  • Mastery of Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) is required.
  • Experience with Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Search Ads 360 (SA360) is highly preferred.
  • Amazon experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in Google Tag Manager (GTM), HTML5, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to troubleshoot tag-related issues and technical discrepancies.
  • Expert-level ability to interpret complex delivery metrics and attribution data.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical ad operations concepts into clear strategies for clients and stakeholders.
