Description

  • Set and execute the technical vision for Security Product Engineering, Bug Bounty, and Vulnerability Management teams.
  • Lead roadmap execution across Security Product Engineering, Bug Bounty, and Vulnerability Management initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor engineers as a player-coach while driving proactive security outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Engineering, Legal, Security Engineering Platform, Data teams, and other stakeholders to build secure-by-design product controls.
  • Partner cross-functionally to run bug bounty, penetration testing, and vulnerability management programs.
  • Build and maintain operationally excellent security services and data infrastructure to support minimal downtime and durable standards.
  • Influence and enable the secure and responsible adoption of AI tools from a proactive security perspective.
  • Lead root cause analysis and long-term remediation planning for security issues and incidents.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience as a Security Product Engineer at an internet-scale organization.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated technical leadership leading teams at global scale.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in Account Security, Product Security Engineering, or AI Security across B2C, B2B, and B2V controls.
  • Experience designing technical security controls and processes to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Experience designing scalable, AI-enabled, and ergonomic security review processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex, systemic issues requiring rigor and creativity.
  • Experience leading root cause analysis for security incidents and driving long-term remediation roadmaps.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with internet-scale security product development and global security operations, preferred.
