Description

  • Own product analytics end to end, including funnels, adoption, retention, and ROI for major feature launches.
  • Build new data products to improve analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Product Marketers on pre-launch hypotheses, beta testing results, post-launch measurement, and optimization.
  • Design and ship product-led growth automations that convert product behavior into opportunity tagging, expansion signals, and CSM workflows.
  • Apply GenAI and machine learning techniques to product analytics use cases such as feature adoption opportunity identification, transaction predictive modeling, and add-on ICP scoring.
  • Provide reporting and ad hoc analysis in support of multiple Product Managers.
  • Translate ambiguous product questions into scoped analyses that produce actionable recommendations.
  • Work with the GTM Engineer on analytics use cases that connect product usage signals to outbound and CRM motions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience analyzing product data and partnering with Product Management teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Expert SQL skills.
  • Experience with a cloud BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
  • Hands-on experience with product instrumentation and analytics platforms such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous product questions into rigorous analyses with recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort presenting to product and executive audiences.
