Description

  • Own the end-to-end self-serve customer experience from first touch through activation by developing positioning, messaging, and in-product marketing that converts and retains customers.
  • Partner with Product to influence the self-serve roadmap, surface customer insights, and optimize onboarding flows, empty states, and upsell moments for conversion.
  • Identify funnel drop-off points, run messaging experiments, and work with Growth and Analytics to improve activation and retention rates.
  • Develop and maintain self-serve positioning and messaging that differentiates Meal Manager and resonates with small-team admins making purchase decisions.
  • Build and iterate on the self-serve go-to-market playbook, including landing pages, onboarding emails, in-product prompts, and sales enablement materials.
  • Develop integrated campaigns to educate, activate, and retain self-serve customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Strategy & Ops, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, and analytics to optimize onboarding and retention.
  • Use performance data and funnel metrics to evaluate marketing efforts and guide ongoing optimization.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of product marketing or growth marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or self-serve startup SaaS environment.
  • Experience optimizing self-serve or conversion funnels and partnering with Product teams.
  • Experience writing in-product copy and translating complex value propositions into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using funnel metrics to identify problems and measure impact.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
  • Hands-on experience with product marketing and analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, Contentful, FullStory, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with in-product marketing and experimentation tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, and FullStory is a plus.
  • Experience with performance measurement and optimization tools such as Amplitude, Sigma, and Hightouch is a plus.
