Description

  • Lead strategy, goals, and roadmap for habituation across New Verticals.
  • Build and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and in-app channels.
  • Define audience-first, insight-driven marketing plans that drive trial, repeat engagement, and MAU growth.
  • Surface consumer insights and translate them into marketing actions and product roadmap input.
  • Collaborate across Brand, Creative, Retention, Performance, CRM, Growth, Organic Social, and Influencer teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Track key metrics, cultural trends, and competitive insights to improve value and habit-building messaging.
  • Partner with product and pricing teams to shape perception-of-value and affordability narratives.
  • Support both zero-to-one initiatives and scaled programs that influence customer behavior across the funnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a corporate or startup environment, with a focus on retention and product marketing in a B2C environment.
  • Experience working across the marketing mix, including brand, CRM, paid, lifecycle, organic social, and performance channels.
  • Proven success driving retention and customer engagement through lifecycle, growth, or value-based marketing.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to turn data and audience insights into measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience shaping affordability or value narratives, including promotions, pricing, or perception-of-value campaigns.
  • Exceptional cross-functional influence with the ability to build alignment and drive execution without direct authority.
  • Creative, collaborative problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Bias for action and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in paid marketing, SEO/SEM, or lifecycle optimization is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
