Description

  • Draft, edit, and shape internal communications such as announcements, leadership messages, FAQs, and intranet content.
  • Support execution of high-priority communications, including organizational updates, company-wide moments, and reactive or crisis messaging.
  • Own defined internal communications workstreams from planning through delivery.
  • Manage timelines and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure communications are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Publish and maintain content across internal channels such as The Block, Slack, and email.
  • Synthesize input from cross-functional partners into clear, structured draft communications.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in communications and propose solutions proactively.
  • Support preparation for company-wide communication moments such as All Hands and major announcements, including materials and logistics coordination.
  • Maintain version control and quality assurance for sensitive communications.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and across global time zones.
  • Strong writing and editing ability with experience turning rough inputs into clear, concise messaging.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into well-structured documents.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information carefully.
  • Collaborative, responsive, and proactive work style.
  • Ability to own projects or workstreams end-to-end with minimal guidance.
  • Experience operating with increasing autonomy in messaging and execution within defined areas (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $88,400 to $130,000 USD.
