Description

  • Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding and adoption through consumption, training, and renewal after handoff from the Account Executive.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and champions.
  • Work with the expansion partner to support the sales process and meet renewal and lift quota targets within the assigned book of business.
  • Maintain ongoing customer engagement through quarterly business reviews, product roadmap updates, feature release updates, and consumption reviews.
  • Complete renewals on time for all active contracts in the assigned book of business.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other internal stakeholders to ensure customers realize the value of the scoped and designed solutions.
  • Develop expertise in cyber threat intelligence, DomainTools data, and the competitive landscape.
  • Use Salesforce and Gainsight to manage customer engagement, health, pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting data.
  • Deliver customer feedback and product insights back to the broader organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in global multinational account management roles working with technology solutions, ideally in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Direct account experience working with large global organizations, including Global F100 companies and country governments.
  • Direct experience with cybersecurity solutions; DNS-specific experience is preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS offerings and a proven track record in both retention and expansion.
  • Ability to influence key decision makers and negotiate effectively based on value and time to close.
  • Analytical approach to customer engagement, pipeline management, and improving customer success and support.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, collaborate internally, and remain accountable to assigned goals.
  • Availability to travel during the year for trade events and shows to support pipeline growth and brand presence.
  • Meet or exceed role-specific KPIs.
