Description

  • Prepare and update daily cash positions for own-funds entities to ensure sufficient operating cash and minimize idle balances.
  • Support weekly and monthly cash forecasts by consolidating inputs from Admin, Tax, People, and Operations.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing cash flows, including vendors, taxes, payroll, intercompany transfers, and dividends, and flag liquidity needs in advance.
  • Execute or review corporate payments for vendors, taxes, payroll, and other obligations while ensuring accuracy, approvals, and timely processing.
  • Maintain payment controls and documentation, including proofs of payment, evidence in Monday/ERP, reconciliations, and compliance with SOX and internal policies.
  • Support the opening, maintenance, and closing of bank and broker accounts across entities and regions.
  • Manage banking platform access and signatories, ensuring proper segregation of duties.
  • Liaise with banks to resolve payment rejections, blocked accounts, statement issues, fees, and KYC/documentation requests.
  • Contribute to standardization and automation of cash management processes, including batch payments, file formats, dashboards, and statement handling.
  • Work with Corporate Treasury and Finance Transformation on TMS and ERP initiatives related to cash visibility and payments.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, banking, or finance in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
  • Solid understanding of cash positioning, payments, bank accounts, and basic intercompany flows.
  • Hands-on experience with online banking platforms and payment processing; experience with batch payments and payment file formats is a plus.
  • Experience with ERPs and/or TMS tools such as SAP, Kyriba, or similar is strongly preferred.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large volumes of transactional data.
  • A controls mindset with strong attention to detail, evidence tracking, and comfort in SOX-aligned or internal control environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and follow up on open items.
  • Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
  • Candidates based in Argentina will be strongly considered.
