Description

Develop new features and functionality with the Salesforce EHR platform provider.
Perform routine Salesforce configuration management and security settings maintenance.
Design and implement flows and validation rules to improve data entry and clinical reporting.
Create dashboards and custom reports to track patient engagement and operational efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients using the patient portal.
Verify patient insurance coverage, resolve eligibility discrepancies, and maintain accurate billing documentation.
Handle patient inquiries related to account status, appointment information, and portal functionality.
Identify recurring pain points in the Salesforce UI or portal experience and recommend or implement improvements.
Document operating procedures using videos, checklists, and progressive disclosure instruction pages.

Requirements

Proven experience in Salesforce development and administration.
Prior experience working in a healthcare setting or clinical environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including Profiles, Roles, Flows, Reports, and Dashboards.
Understanding of the Salesforce data model, including when to create custom objects and junction objects.
Working familiarity with healthcare administrative processes, including insurance verification and patient record management.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to document operating procedures using videos, checklists, and instruction pages.
Strong awareness of healthcare privacy regulations such as HIPAA and CRM data security requirements.
Positive attitude, excellent time management skills, teamwork mindset, reliability, and punctuality.
Ability to work remotely from an India-based home office during 8 am to 5 pm PST, including a 1-hour break.
Secure and quiet home office with at least 20 Mbit download speed and reliable power, including a whole-house UPS if needed.
Ability to pass a background check.
