Description

  • Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
  • Develop solutions using Salesforce, Apex, Flows, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
  • Work within short release cycles and support feature toggle implementations and continuous integration.
  • Contribute to development tasks such as coding and feature verification to help meet release commitments.
  • Improve development processes and remove impediments that slow delivery.
  • Lead and mentor team members through technical and nontechnical challenges.
  • Apply unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns, and object-oriented software design in day-to-day work.
  • Work in a microservice architecture and platform-based development environment.
  • Function as a technical or team lead and help guide the team’s technical direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience as a technical lead or team lead, or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, Apex, and Flows.
  • Working knowledge of unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns, and object-oriented software design.
  • Experience with short release cycles, feature toggles, and continuous integration.
  • Experience with microservice architecture and platform-based development.
  • Experience with .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
  • Ability to work well as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • No sponsorship or work authorization available for this position.
